Detached house for second home in the city of Los Angeles in the United States comprising a plot of 800m2 and existing construction of the 30s of 250m2.

Objective of the project

Restructuring of a 1930's house in Hollywood hills, near Runyon canyon. Interior renovation and realization of a patio, garden and swimming pool. Duration: 2 months of preparation, 6 months of execution.

Refresh the interior style with new materials while maintaining a unity of style throughout the spaces. Complete renovation of the 3 bathrooms. Enhancement of the patio with a natural water drainage system. Design of the pool and garden. Creation of a gym.
